To scale your business, your services must:

      • Be packaged in a way in which you can serve 10x, 20x, 50x the number of clients you already have.
      • Stand out in a sea of competition by the way it is defined. Something you can achieve when you create and brand your own signature service offer. This is ultimately the service that will deliver the desire and transformation your clients seek.

2. Options convert – develop a fair value pricing structure

There really is no ‘one size fits all’ when it comes to the world of advice; and when presented with just a single service option, your prospect is forced to choose ‘yes’ or ‘no.’ The service package is a fit for them or it’s not – they see value in the fee or they do not.

Enter the fair value pricing structure. Instead of choosing ‘yes’ or ‘no,’ your prospect is offered multiple service packages. You give them an opportunity to consider which of the multiple service options are best suited to them.
